I once spent 12 hours driving my S with stops only for food and fuel. Legs were a lil cramped but not as fatigued as my old CRX. Top down driving always changes one's perception I guess.

I recently took a road trip from NE Ohio to Charleston, SC & then on to Savannah, GA and home. 2000 miles 90% with the top down. Love it, no problem. Seats fine, noise OK. I am looking forward to my next "road trip". Wife was fine with it also. We are in our late 50"s.

Not a highway cruiser? What an unusual statement. The S2000 is in it's element on the open road.

I find that it's a good cruiser, even after a couple of hours. I'm at the "upper end" of people that fit in this car at 6'3". A tip that I find works for me is if you keep a wallet in your back pocket, put it somewhere else before a long trip. Even though my wallet has next to nothing in it, it makes a big difference!

I love my S at +75mph. It seems to level out quite a bit, losing the bouncyness that seems to be prevelent on city streets. Other cars I've had tend to get that "floating on a cloud" feeling at higher speeds and feel like I'm less connected to the road. The S still feels very tight and controlled, just smoother once it gets up to speed.

And comfort has never been a problem. Dallas to Vegas to LA back to Dallas in 6 days. Never had any back problems. In fact, the factory seat's lumbar curve fits me perfect. (5'10 - 165)
