Default Houston, we have a problem

I went out for a drive tonight and I noticed something strange. When I VTEC'd and shifted to 2nd, when I was in 2nd it stayed at a certain RPM almost like it didn't have the willy to get up all the way. Anybody have ANY idea what this could be??? Opinions much appreciated.

Phil

Clutch would be my first guess. Sounds like it is slipping.

It's definitely not a complicated problem, this is just a wear and tear item. I dont know how much replacement runs though as I have not had to do it on the S yet (clutch is still holding up with 35k miles on the MY '00).

Talked to few people from UMW and it sounds like the clutch delay on the AP2
