Horsepower Question
I have all the mods listed above and they are AEM V2 Cold-Air Intake, 2.5" Custom Exhaust and Rick's Headers and a V-Tec Controller...With all these mods I am pushing 208 HP and 150 TQ I thought the car would make more power considering I also took out two resonators and I have one cat still in...IDK should I be worried is my exhaust eating up some power due to no backpressure, I am supercharging the car in a month would the exhaust be beneficial then or just get a whole new exhaust brand name...To be honest I don't like many of the aftermarket exhaust out there due to sounds I like mine due to original sound and very very deep sounding for S2000...Anyway any help would be appreciated BTW the car was dyno tuned by a very well known company in Illinois with a 8 second civic don't mean much, but hey they are good!

First off, it's VTEC and not V-Tec. You may want to change your signature to reflect this. the 'tec' has nothing to do with 'tech' or 'technology'.
With that out of the way, what type of VTEC controller is that? Is it one of the types where you engage your VTEC point lower/higher? Or is it a type that you can adjust the A/F ratios, or both? What is your VTEC engagement set at?
The header is probably the only thing that is giving you any power real power, however that header is designed for midrange power. The CAI is only going to really help (as in gain power, not talking about preventing lost power with heat bog) in colder weather where it can suck up cold air from outside.
Your 208 whp is not necessarily BAD. Can you post your dyno chart? You mostly want to gain power in the midrange. Your header may be losing top end power, and your exhaust may be too. The stock exhaust is already 2.25-2.5 I believe, and your piping may not be mandrel bent or might have odd design or poor mufflers. You need to go with single outlet exhaust to gain any real power with this car. I recommend 70mm single outlet if you stay NA, and 3inch custom single outlet if you're going FI.
My guess is that your midrange is really beefed up, probably +10-15 hp, and you're losing a little top end over what you could have.

Sorry about the "V-Tec" mishap, but yea you are right my midrange is beefed up like crazy around 20HP soo with that said that is why I probably have worse top end? Thanks for the information and yes I am going FI soo I guess new exhaust must be bought!

I am going the Vortech Supercharger route, but question is a single 3" better than a dual 3" exhasut for the S2000....Also, to be honest I hate most exhaust sounds do to high pitch or just nasty drone characteristics I don't mind loud and deep, but anything else not for me...Thanks for the input more help the better mod away!

20+ hp midrange, and you're complaining! That is great! You only hit your peak power for a split second, so the highest number really doesn't matter. For example, a stock supercharger and turbo will put down the same peak numbers, but the turbo will BLOW THE SC AWAY. Why? The turbo sees 70-90 hp MORE than the SC during the midrange. Since you're going with a centrifugal SC, you're going to want the midrange that you have now.
Centrifugal SC were made for high torque, high displacement motors like your typical Mustang V8, where the car made lots of power down low but loses steam up top. The centrifugal makes the power top end to balance out the car's power delivery. With our car, the centrifugal design is kind of odd, since our cars have no low-midrange. If you're going with the centrifugal (as am I), you're going to want the beefiest midrange you can get.
I think with a single outlet exhaust design, you'll probably gain an extra 10 hp midrange, and around 215-220 up top. This will be perfect for when you add your blower.
Good luck!
