Honda wants to improve Dealerships
Interesting article on Honda Dealerships and the need to improve customer relations. The dealership I go to is great, but I have read some pretty nasty stories on these fourms in the past.

While I'm glad that Honda is working on this, I'm not sure that they're really doing the right things.
Freeing up a manager to overlook the process and co-mingling parts and service doesn't do anything to address salespeople who don't know their products, shifty FandI people, and service tech's who are sloppy, careless, or worst of all incompetent.
