I don't think the Exige is a good recommendation as the original poster is looking for "wind blowing through my hair". I know the hardtop on the Exige is removable, but it's a pain compared to the soft top. Otherwise, the performance is nearly identical between the Elise and Exige, so if you're a convertible lover, the loss doesn't offset any gain.

By the way, that's not an Exige that you posted photos of. That's a one-off sports racer with a Buick engine made for some Malaysian dude.
