honda north america shipping
is really pissing me off. not only do they decide my diff is not warranty but is a 1 time goodwill repair but it's been 10 days since my car was diagnosed and the part is still not in. what the hell is wrong with this company...every time my car has been in the shop i have had to wait at least 5 days for any parts to come in. i expect overnight shipping, especially for warranty repairs. is that wrong? are my expectations too high for a company of this calibre or am i on the mark that there are some serious problems that the public (i.e. consumer reports, jd power assoc.) should be made aware of?

When I had a leaky transmission seal, they took 6 days to get the part in and 2 more days before I got my car back. Their shipping is slow and the fact that the first shipment was damaged didn't help much either.
Since it was taking longer than they expected, they decided to fix the 1-2 grind while they were waiting on the seal without reproducing the problem . It's funny how they had the 1-2 grind parts readily available but didn't have a seal in the US!
I feel your pain. Hang in there!

makes me glad that i'm almost thru my warranty so i have no reason to go back and use their shipping...after warranty runs out, anything that breaks is replaced by aftermarket.
i suppose these are reasons why people de-badge their cars.
