It seems the RSX as a "wide angle clutch torsion mechanism that reduces rattling". I wonder if that was a result of the S2000 owners complaining about the rattle/ringing in the S2000. Think we'll see it in the '02 S2000?

My only complaint is the smell, hopefully they will fix that too. I hate that and the stink is the sole reason why I won't take off fast. I smoked a GT yesterday and talked to him and he asked me why I didn't dump it, because it would have made me much faster. My response? It stinks when I do.

The only smell should come from the tires. If you do a clutch drop with OEM tires on most road surfaces, the tires should slip, not the clutch.

That smell is your clutch plate material burning due to slipping the clutch.

I can attest to the fact that the clutch is weak. I managed to get a small chirp out of the rears w/ a 7k clutch drop, but then the tires caught and the clutch let go. It's pathetic. I'm sooooo going to have to get a better clutch put in this car.

Probably do a flywheel swap while I'm in there.
