My clutch is feeling a bit sticky and my clutch engages too high. I called up honda and asked if they can adjust my clutch and grease my clutch fork. They said there is no adjustment on the clutch because its hydrualic and that you cannot grease the fork.

You should learn to bleed the clutch yourself, it makes a big difference in pedal feel. (at least in my car it does -- I did it 3 times last year!)

They lie!
I'll bet if you went to the same dealership and said you wanted to buy a new car, but only if the clutch pedal travel had the right feel to it, they'd do handstands to give you what you want.
