You screw in a hook or a ring there for towing.

I don't think so. There are some metal loops under the car that Honda uses to attach the cars to the ships from Japan to the west coast ports. I think those are what I would use to secure the car to the flatbed truck.

I'd get OEM if it were me.

There should be one in the other secret compartment in the floor of the boot (trunk for you guys).
