HKS Dyno Results.... Drum Roll Please
#21
In my opinion. I don't think the exhaust is worth the moniessss. You basically pay 1G+ for a vrrooom vrooom sounds. I got nothing agains the sound, as a matter of fact, i'm in love with it. It irretating when you can't rev your car against your apponents. But paying a G rarely any performance gain/nor looks. I think the stock exhaust looks as good as any performance ones. HMM! i wonder what it'll sounds like if you put a hole/holes in your stock muffler(hint: NAIL) . In conclusion-This is my opinion, hope i didn't offended any HKS/COMPTECH exhaust fans.

<<I guess the added noise is what lends to the idea of MORE MIDRANGE POWER. This dyno comparision shows no differences. O well, more noise is good though....>>
LOL, noise or music? I always suggest measuring things when you make mods. Sometimes a change in sound can make you feel like there was a change, whether there was or not. Sometimes there are improvements that you can't really feel very well. It tales a LOT of extra power to pull on a similar car once you are rolling. Also remember that dynos measure WOT...some driveability benefits don't occur at WOT. For example a crisp response under low load conditions helps throttle blips for downshifts.
