Default Hit and Run in the parking lot :(

So im working and i got off tonight at around 9 o clock. I was walking out to my car and i notice that its crooked. I run to the car and i find out i was hit! Someone hit me on the passenger side towards the rear and in result to that it spun me around and my front end hit a light post. The damage is in the pics below. My quarter panel was smashed in. My rear bumper was cracked and scratched like no other. Front fender and bumper are damaged and headlight was pushed back. Im not sure if there was frame damage because it wasnt a hard hit towards the front but im afraid that there is that possibility because the headlight was pushed back unless the brackets on the light were just broken.

I called the cops and they said they couldnt really do anything since there is no suspect and that it was in a parking lot. AND to my luck best buy doesnt have any cameras in the parking lot! All those electronics in the store and no cameras outside. I just cant believe this happened to me. Also Im wondering if my premium will go up because of this through my insurance.

Well here are the pics

I don't understand how you can not claim responsibility for so much damage.

Some people are such assholes these days.

your premium will not go up as this is a no-fault incident. Same thing happened to me. You'll just be out the deductible, unless you're in good with the bodyshop.

I'm really sorry to hear that man. I park far away from everything for that reason. Good luck getting everything back together though.

How do you hit a car hard enough to do that in a parking lot?
