Damn, I'll have to consider getting that camera. A lot cheaper than a GoPro cam.

Thanks for the info.

Hey Old Dog with that blackvue is it charged up with a DC out and there's an internal battery?

Curious as to how it gets power.

Its wired to my fuse box so its always on. There's no internal battery, when its parked it shuts off until someone walks by or a car drives by (has a motion sensor) so you don't have to worry about the battery going dead. I ran the wire up the passenger side pillar all the way to where the dome light is, you can't see it while driving the camera is mounted behind the rear view mirror. It records on a 16gb micro sd card and when its full it starts to over wright on the oldest file. I might get another for the rear window.

Interested in it. Just curious about the wiring and mounting.

It would be awesome if you could provide a pic and thanks for the heads up on this device!

I’m interested to see how it looks too.
Sounds like a good idea.

can you post a screen shot of the camera footage? Had some problems with some hicks and their trucks at school

Post some pics please, really interested in it. I still am planning on getting at least one GoPro cam later on, so I can use it for the bike and winter driving/drifting with the S.
