One other thought, did you replace the oil filter from the top or bottom? The VTEC solenoid is located on the front left side (while facing the car) above the oil filter in the same plane as the interface of the engine block and head. If you did it from the top you very well may have knocked the solenoid connector loose during the filter install. I'd check this first before the MAP sensor as it's free

......but historically it will be the MAP.
