Default High pressure Pressure Plate

would a tight/strong pressure plate increase or decrease clutch life span? if the clutch is low, would the stronger grabbing force alter anything.

What do you mean by low? Imo, a firmer pp will provide more bite, so you'll get less clutch disc slippage, but it will also effect clutch effort.

Why do you ask?
