Ok here it is, Its good to have some rags or towels so you dont spill the coolant. Other than that I didnt find it to be a knuckle buster as somebody else said. Car Idles BETTER at temp. Mine wanted to stumble because Idle was around 800rpm, now its at 1000rpm, steady.

Old one on . . .

Old one off . . .

Compare the two . . .

I think it really helped, of course I have the combo of FPR/TB/K&N/insulation

Oh yeah, It only took an hour.

And before and after voltages were closed 4.85v/4.75v
and WOT 0.5v/0.45v
and the gasket is the same size as the overbore already

They had it set, so I left it there and figured Id try it out where it was since it wasnt too far off.

What the heck is your 3 wood doing in the engine bay of the S2000!!!???? Enquiring minds want to know.

So what are your reviews on this!? I keep forgetting that the NEW TB has a mirror for a butterfly. I looked at it and was like why is that one wide open and the other not! Pretty cool.
Only an hr hu? Cool.

you know that really is a three wood!!

I think its a great mod for 124$

I still need to test it some more, as for the butt dyno, Id say that all my simple stuff has paid off pretty well. easy to do also

helps to have some experience with engines, if not it would just take longer than an hour.

Yep, that's the whole idea. It's a standard TB which has been bored out so it has a bigger throat. The orginal will now be sent to the machinists, rebored, and sent to the next customer.

Cool huh!

There is without a doubt a difference, BUT I also said that I have the other things too so it's a collective difference.

I already stated the cost, and it is a overbored stock TB.

If nobody noticed yet, of who has gotten theirs (you cant see it in these pics) the screws that hold the butterfly plate are a lower profile than stock, I dont think they machined the cross beam.
