Angry Help Seat Question / Not So Funny New Years Story

So this new years the GF thought it would be a good idea to throwup all over the inside of my car

So i pulled out my passenger seat and totally cleaned out thie inside, fun fun i know.

Anyways when i pulled out seat i can see some not so nice residue on the inside of the plastic pannel where the recline handle is. I want to thake this plastic piece off and completely clean it out but i am having dificulty taking it off. I removed the two phillips screws but cant seem to figure out how to get it over the recline handle. I dont want to break the plastic, it just doesnt seem to slide over.

Am i missing somthing, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I don't understand why she's not the one cleaning that shit out?

Is she still your girlfriend?

That is terrible news, though.

I actually had a previous freinds' girlfriend throw up inside my previous car, Sentra Ser Spec V, but she got only the door. I pulled over just in time, well sorta, from the freeway. Quickest lane changes I've done in my life. But that was about 4 years ago. Funny how I still remember it like it was yesterday?!!

Sorry I can't help...I have no idea what part you're talking about.

You have to remove the handle. Just pull on it hard and it will slide off. Once the handle is off, then you can remove the cover.

i def feel that sentiment, she did it twice, both times no warning to pull the car over

shit happens she did her best to clean up but i had to make sure it was done right. she obviously didnt mean not worth worrying over it, ill keep her around

that sux man...my gf kinda threw up in my car too...i saw her kinda suffocating so iw as like wtf? and then i saw her suddenly lean over to the door so i said oh crap and just flung myself over to open the door and luckily it only got on the door a little and most of it was just water since she didn't eat anything...no smell no residue, i guess i got lucky.

one time though i saw a post some guy left his dog in his g35 coupe and the dog crapped ALLLLL over the car...so consider yourself lucky.
