I recently had my dealer check out my passenger side seat and they said everything seems fine. My question is does your passenger side seat lever seem not as "tight" as the driver side? I mean like driver seat lever locks right after adjusting seat but passenger side lever doesn't lock as quick or tightly after adjusting. Sorry to confuse you guys.......

I've had the seats in and out of my car several times. If the two rails are not bolted down just right, the right and left rails can be slightly out of synch for the locking mechanism. I would never suggest that you should loosen the critical mounting bolts for the seat, but if someone that knew how to turn a wrench would loosen the four mounting bolts (14mm rear, 12mm front), jiggle the seat around to settle the rails, and then re-tighten the bolts, that might help .
