What broke? "Engine blows up cracks in half" sounds a little exaggerated and doesn't explain the problem or what happened.

Why have they denied warranty coverage? Did they give a reason?

I'm sorry you're having problems but if you could be a little more specific, someone might be able to help you or point you in the right direction.

This is a common problem with extended warranties. The extended warranty is actually covered by an insurance policy that the warranty company takes out. Like most insurance companies, they look for a way out not to pay. Such may be the case in point here. The warranty issuer is saying you over reved the engine and blew it and they can't be responsible. This is important. They are banking that you won't fight it. If necessary, get a lawyer and sue 'em. They might give in on the threat. -Ken

the dealer said that the black box says that the car was over rev. according to them it says that when it blow up it was going 15000 rpm. but I took it out of service that daythey change oil, etc... and also change the cloutch. Now they tell me that it was my fault and that the warranty would not cover it

Your ECU records he last few seconds of driving activity. I forget how long but a Honda dealer can use the PGM to pull the data.
