Help me find the seat I need!

I was really set on getting some Sparco Milano 2s until I found out they were too wide. Is there anything else in suede or leather with good lateral support and OEM-like quality for a reasonable price?

I don't see a price listed for that, however I have the feeling it's going to be more than I need to spend..
