I took out the radio panel, but i couldn't get the two pins out that holding the radio door. I had tried so many times w/ my friends using all kind of tools but still couldn't get the pins out. Anyone had experienced w/ the same problem?

PM'ed you jackson with some new options if your interested. Although this was the first time I've had someone have problems removing the pins I have decided to attempt to make the install easier to aleviate these problems in the future. So from now on all pre-assembled radio doors will come already locked into the radio panel so you can just remove your current radio panel and install the new one without dealing with the pins.

You have to knock out the pins from the inside. Use a some kind of a rod with a slightly smaller diameter than that of the pin (I used a watchmaker's screwdriver with Phillips head) and tap the pin with a hammer. When it stick out sufficiently from the other side (outside) you can grab it with needle nose pliers and pull it the rest of the way out.

People have had problems getting the pins out before but nothing more than a frustraighting half hour. I've never had anyone spend more time on it then that. At the same time maybe for some reason your pins are stuck in and they are stuck on something and at that point just aren't comig out. Sorry I couldn't have been more help.
