HELP how can i tell if i have a 2000 or a 2002 hardtop ?

I'm having the same problem nothing in the relay holder. I said WTF. It appears the instuctions are in error. My hardtop has no VIN plate I'm pissed, I also have a 2002 spa yeller. I found this thread hope it helps.
Problem solved!
My dealer was using Publications No. All 23256, Issue Date OCT 2001.
They should have been using Publications No. 23256-23531, Issue Date MAR 2002.
The defrost switch DOES NOT go in the center console on a 2002 model.
