Default Help, Dealer impression in NE,...

Any1 had dealings with PS Honda in Manhasset? They offered a Silverstone / black for $30,500. Is this a reasonable deal for S2k as it is the end of the season?

Any advice would be great!

Thx,

If that's brand new, then yes - it seems like quite a good deal.

Excellent deal. The lowest price I ever remember seeing on this board is $29,999. You're within $501 of that. The most common deal is MSRP. Many on this board paid significantly more than MSRP.

I started researching the s2k about 2 weeks ago. Most dealers in the NY area has 2~3 in inventory. Since it's the end of the season for the convertibles, added to the fact that 02" s2k spec are not out yet, dealers are getting nervous with too much inventory. All I have to do is spread rumors about the new model to pit them against each other.

Say, I saw the hard top in your sig,... How do you like it? The only reason I considered the s2k is because of teh optional roof.

I haven't used the hardtop since March, but I love it. It gives the car a very different feel. It only weighs 44 lb and goes off and on in a snap. Luckily, I have extra space at home to store it.

Here's a link to a few more pictures, mostly installation.

I don't remember. But the hordtop would hold the cloth top down and not let it move.
