I've had this happen once in the S and many times in another car. May be the same issue. The CD may have started to come out, but got stuck before it made it very far. Take another CD or something thin and poke in the slot. The CD may be partially ejected. Push it back in some and it will probably come out. Or maybe it will re-settle inside and you can hit eject again. It may take a couple times to get it.

I had a CD Stuck in my CD player on my MY04 about 2 months ago. However, the CD in the radio played fine but just clicked on eject. I tried the Battery disconnect thing without results and I could not find a manual eject deal like on some CD players. I finally took it to the dealer and they ordered a replacement radio on warranty. When it came in they called me back and swapped it out in about 20 minutes.
BTW the warranty cost for the radio and labour was $991.00, makes you want to consider an extended warranty, what's it going to cost if the A/C goes out?
I did ask the dealer if it was a common problem and he said he couldn't remember the last one that went out. Does anyone know if the Radio is common with other Hondas?
Hope you get your tunes back soon.
ps. the CD that got stuck in my radio was one of my Grandpup's Children's greatest hits, here on the "Frontera del Norte" our FM sucks and I rely on the CD for my tunes, the "Wheels on the Bus" gets old pretty fast, but my Grandpup loved it! Ha! Ha!
