ok guys..cross ur fingers.wish me luck that this works out my way..cause I let my brother and his big-words lawyer type talk ,chat to insurance company..so outlook is better now.(it was a matter of them not dropping the right deductable when we fist got policy)..and if that dont work,,then its going to be the court-lawyer game with these A-holes..we'll see what happens.
(one thing for sure.i damn sure dont think i should pay 1000 for just broken window).ok later

 

there is NO deductable on glass in MA - if your rear window is broken then they have to fix it (no matter what) - you may have $1000.00 deductable on collision BUT you did not have an accident per se

 

ya...well..just to let yall know..make your 'comprehensive's as low as possible,cause this is what a rear broken window falls under..not collision.They better work with me,cause these damn insurance companies know damn well that I can just REALLY screw them like tons of people everyday do.Im trying the nice calm approach first tho..
