double clutching syncronize your flywheel speed with piston speed.

practice makes perfect. you'll know the first time you heel and toe correctly because it will feel like nothing. and yeah, double clutching is useless.

I heard that if you don't double clutch, your manifold may be in some sort of danger...as well as your passenger side floor.
