FWIW, colin, another S2ki member who is also close friends with will, has gotten an indication from honda that they want to void warranty if you have intake/exhaust, etc. while not technically legal, many people don't know any better, nor would necessarily hire an attorney to fight it. If I remember correctly, colin is a service manager at a honda dealer.

so no, it's not a "required" thing, but if honda is coming down on the service departments on this, and a dealership is not willing to cover up the mods a car has, the owner could find themselves in quite an uphill battle.
