I still remember my girl back in 92 and the safety inspection of her 80s Mini Cooper Convertible. She was cute. I told here before the safety inspection: wear a Sexy dress, high heels, and it will work out...
The car failed, it was a long list from the inspector. Extremly meticulous. She was not amused. One part because of the car and the other part because of the Inspector wich did not admire her.
