hate to do it...
But, I think I'm gonna sell my S2000. I just started a new job, got a company car and I'm hoping to buy a house soon. We don't have a ton of money and I really don't have a place to keep the car for the winter if we don't buy a house with a garage. If the car was paid off I wouldn't consider selling but I still have three years to go on it. Will I regret this? Or am I better off selling for now and then in a year or two getting another one. My fiance is not in the slightest trying to get me to sell. We rent at the moment and I want a house. Any advice?
Thanks
Andy

I faced the same choice 2 years ago when I got married. It was a difficult decision, but I did sell. I don't regret it, as it was the best decision at the time. I did make it my mission to make as much money as fast as possible to purchase another, which I did last week.
I am sure you will miss the car, and will feel some regret if you encounter another on the road, but sometimes you have to make the more responsible decision for the time and work hard to enjoy the toys when circumstances allow.
