Did you show the F-15 pilots your better side, too?
Restoring a fabulous plane like that is a pretty damn hobby, littleton. If you ever fly out to MA, you should buzz my house!
How much runway does it need? The Sterling, MA airport is close to my house; it's podunk, but has an ice cream stand!!!!! (my treat) I'm hoping to take my kids on glider rides in a few years. MIT runs their glider club out of there.

Chaz,
You have a smilie for every occassion! I actually considered doing that - My plumber impersonation. Thought they might start laughing and loose control of their planes. I can set Betsy down on just about any paved runway. She has big Brembo airplane brakes (one of my cooler mods actually) and we get her props reversed and there we are. It's quite a site. We have towed up to six sail planes at a time. The prop wash is pretty bad though. What an adrenaline rush it must be for those guys hooked up to Betsy's backside. I'll make my approach really low over your house and then you can hop in the S2K and meet at the Mister Softie You HAVE heard why the Dairy Queen never had any kids - right?

Littleton,
I am in Fishers, In, just northeast of Indy. There is a little airport just south of me. I don't think it is too much to ask that you do a "bombing run" over my house. Let me know when you are headed up this way.

We have some of the finest airports here in Northern New Jersey: Newark International, Teterboro and Morristown Interplanetary. Let me know if you're ever in the area.
