I saw a Mugen one sell for $131 somewhere. All it was, was the cap. What's the point of a Mugen one? Does it improve mileage, performance and throttle response?

lmao me and my sister were talking about this yesterday. we saw a tv ad for some bull crap product and i was like HOLY SHIT do people really buy this shit. and i brought up the fuel ionizer and how much bull crap it was and i couldnt believe anyone would by one. and i was like and they even had to do it on mythbusters because people were swearing up and down that it works. i just find this shit funny when people will fall for anything
