$395 documentation fee LOL thats a lot of BS. documentation fees range from $10-$50 max depending on the dealership. you got a ways to negotatiate price and grill em for a deal

dont let them make you think they are doing you any favors... make it apparent that you really are serious (if you are) about purchasing the car and tell them what you want to pay for it- 32K$ sounds like a good starting point... remember they are lucky to have you as there customer, the high gas prices and crappy economy makes it hard to move a car like this.
get some numbers from kelly blue book and see if they can make the trade in worth your while, its worth the loss in cash for the trouble of waiting out someone getting approved for a loan/ transfer of loan... remember the car is going to be in the highest demand during the warmer months...
if not wait it out and go the auto trader route. good luck

Whatever they offer you, take that as the MAX you should ever pay. I think most dealerships expect buyers to haggle and bring the price down. 2K is def reasonable

The CR's handling is hands down better.
I only have the CR suspension setup, and honestly couldn't have been happier. I wish Honda made this a few years earlier ...
Anyway, I would definitely go for it. Only real reservation about the CR is the soft-top delete. Not having the soft top might make life a bit less flexible.

why does that blue ebay CR have a black hardtop? It just looks like it doesn't belong on the car.

As nice as the CR is, the money you will lose on the trade is not worth it for some suspension and aero enhancements. Keep your car. The CR doesn't seem radically different to me to justify the switch.
