I got hit by a rock. Shit hurt
I've been hit in the forehead by rocks on a couple occasions.
Being 6'2" is partly to blame since I sit pretty high up. I'm honestly surprised it doesnt happen more, living in an area that gets graveled during the winter.

No issues so far. Get plenty of bugs scraped along the front of the car, but thats usual no matter what you ride (in the summer at least).

I've been hit in the eye a couple of times by bugs, maybe other bits of dirt or something but nothing major...yet.

On highway trips you'll definitely notice your hair getting very dirty and greasy with road grime. You'll also feel it on your forehead, and may even see if if you travel a long distance.

A bird crapped on my center console once. But that was several years back, and it was when I was stopped at a light. You'll find that the aerodynamics of the car create an air roof that keeps rain and most everything else out

yeah I was driving the car in a light spitting rain a while back and was surprised that none of it was hitting me while driving, pretty cool. I think that might also usher away most light dust, sand and probably some bugs. Thanks for all of the replies on this.
