hardtop question with hardware

Default hardtop question with hardware

I have a hardtop but not sure how to install it or what i need to install it.

the picture bellow is what is attached to the hardtop. do i need any other hardware?

What do i need to install the hardtop other then whats already on the hardtop (shown in picture).

depending on the year of your car you need one of the kits listed on the link that i posted.

Well you definitly need the side catchers. If your s2k is a pre 02 then you need to change your strikers from the softop ones to the hardtop ones.

is that hardtop lying face down on your kitchen floor?!

you're gonna have to buy the installation hardware which should run you about $500. i sure hope the person you bought it from didnt cheat you out and told you the hardtop is all you need.

If i have to spend another 500 on this then i dont want it.

i thought all the hardware i needed was already on the hardtop.

if anyone wants the hardtop let me know.

Just a related question I'd like to ask.
If I bought the install kit, can I buy just the HT without the kit at a latter date?
It would be great to go ahead and do this now in preperation for a new HT somewhere down the road.
