Default hardtop options for the AP2

Hi there, I've come across a spoon hardtop for sale and yes it looks awesome, but once installed, it's very hard to remove and it doesn't allow the boot to be opened after it's on. I'm considering alternative hardtop choices and am therefore looking for suggestions and pics.

What do you all recommend? Is there one hardtop where it is easy to put on n remove for track days? Like say it can be done in less than an hour.
