I would disagree.

Yes the OEM has interior panels which does dull out some noise, but the Mugen was designed with aerodynamics in mind and is actually quieter (probably more so than OEM, but not by much) when it comes to wind noise while driving.

Both have squeks and sounds when goin up driveways and over bumps (mugen might be a little louder when it comes to these sounds)

did anyone mention that u cant open up the trunk all the way with the mugen? pretty big thing to consider.

Not really, just add a 3/4 in. bump stop. All you lose is opening the truck 3/4 in. less.
