both look good i think you need a lot of mods to pull off mugen. If your lowered, and have some rims oem is pretty hard to beat.

I have an OEM hardtop but in a perfect world i would like to have a mugen also and switch off every week.

Obviously Mugen is so much sexier. But you can't go wrong either way.

I assume most S2k owners just like myself bought an S2k for the performance factor and not the fact that it comes standard with a soft top. I have had my s2k for over a year now and can remember how many times I put the top down. IMO the car looks a lot more aggressive/sexy with a HT.

The car should have been made as a coupe IMO, it would have been a lot nicer, sportier, and rigid. my .02

OEM is insulated. Mugen is not. OEM will be quieter.

Back to topic: I think looks are subjective. But with that aside, I think the OEM's finish quality is better. For a daily driver and an occasional tracker, OEM is a better deal, IMO.
