Default Hard to get in Reverse and First

Is it the cold weather or is just me? When I first start my car and try to put it in reverse it is really HARD. I find the same difficulty putting it in first gear as well though not as bad. Even if I let it warm up to three bars I still have difficulty. I hope its just the weather and not a bigger problem. Any ideas guys?

i have the same problem, but only when its cold, and after the car warms up everything is fine. ive also found that if i shift into third, then i can easly get into first or reverse. and the problem only occurs while the car is stationary

Probably just the weather. Warming the car (engine) before driving doesn't mean the tranny is warm also. If she shifts OK after driving for a while I would tend to think it's the temperature.
