when i juss got my car i noticed that some black liquid would come out of my exhaust, i juss thought it was a break in thing. but yesterday i noticed that it was coming out again. what is it is it just water from washing the car or is something wrong with the car? i also notice that the exhaust tips turn brown very quickly and the back of my car is always coated with exhaust gunk.

Sounds like to me you are blowing some condensation/carbon deposits out. Not pretty, but nothing to worry about. Condensation naturally will accumulate, especially in more humid environments...

Some of that black gunk that you see on the back end of the car is also the rubber from the tires. These tires are very soft and you are probably not used to seeing this on your other vehicles.
The black liquid is a mixture of the carbon from combustion and the water that the cat creates when it does it's job. Neither one of these things is really anything to worry about. You will see them to a much greater extent if you ever take the car to a track and run it at the extremes for a little while. HTH.
