So this is an advertisement for your motor building services where you improve on Honda engineering in your garage?
"The Doctor is In..." LOL
Let us know when the motor is running.

You're like 6 years too late on your AP1 improvements.
Why not just do a 2JZ swap?
It truly boggles my mind that someone thinks that for $2k in their basement can improve on millions of R&D dollars + many, many CAD hours of people who do this for a living.

you might want to read on who is doing this work... check the thread again. This is no basement, this is an R&D guru, and he has done this for a living since he was 16. So how many people have 50+ years of automotive experience under their belts with the recognition he has recieved. You might want to be one of those people that keeps reading.
This is no little project. More is going into this than your average Japanese Time Trial motor. Please don't flame, just read. I'm missing my meds and am loaded up on Valium until I can get back home to my own perscriptions and do not wish to throw a harmonic balancer through the computer screen. Read what little bit I put on my builders bio. I can and will add more the more people flame him.
I know Tennessee is not the Mecca of sport compact tuning but it's all about the individual.
BTW Please bump this if you add anything and add all comments, insight, questions, criticisms, flames, moans, bitches, gripes and complaints to the other thread.
Thank you...

As for SAE Certification... He has to keep the race engines in many of his customers who are SAE Cert. running since a certificate is still just a piece paper. Experience and knowledge trumps a piece of paper. He has forgotten more knowledge than most SAE certs have housed between their ears.

Well, good luck with your endeavor. Hope it turns out well for you and your engine.
How many days this year has your S2000 been out of commission already?
I'd rather just spend the money and get another "poorly engineered" Honda engine and spend the time driving instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.
