thanks for posting this- i had not checked out their site recently and had not seen the improvements- pretty good descriptions, but it seems like they could have done a little more... maybe some photos or something!

That diagram appears to be illustrating an air path from behind the seat to somewhere(?), designed to pull warm air from the heater past the occupants.
