yea i blew up my engine in my rx7, 18 psi, went to launch the car with my friend, turbo spooled up and bam, huge cloud of black smoke out the exhaust, is ur 7 engine built, what turbo u running

The previous owner probably had an aftermarket exhaust and sold the tips off of his stock. He also could have painted the black piece on the bumper to give a more "clean" look. But the price seems a little steep. I would definitely keep looking until you find what you like.
