BTW: The dismissal is usually for 'lack of jurisdiction' since the ticket is a violation of personal rights.

Agreed, but it was so "out there", that it has to be some form of sarcastic humor aimed at the naive OP. Either that or he's just one of those conspiracy guys, lord know there are enough of them on the internet.

Personally, I'd listen to S2K. If I recall correctly, he works on the team that makes Forza. If you check out the game credits you'll see that divison of MS knows a thing or two about speeding tickets. 
I've heard there are some pretty clever traffic lawyers they use up there.

If they did anyway, and put me in jail, then they wouldn't be allowed to lock the door for the same reason, as it would restrict my right to travel freely.
