Default Got pulled over...

So I got pulled over for taking a corner a little faster than normal people.
It was at night and I totally didn't know it was a cop following behind me.
I wouldn't say I took the corner really hard, but to a dick cop, he could say I took the corner hard. He made me take off my tint on the spot. If I hadn't done it, he said he was gonna write me for everything that's wrong with my car, like not having front license plate, not obeying the speed limit, not sigaling before turn, and for the tint.
Anyways, he gave me a citation for "turning without caution and no signal" and it's california violation code #22107.
My question is can I fight this "not signaling" case or is it hopeless?
Just wanted to see if anyone ever got a citation for it..
Sucks...
Thanks... and ALWAYS watch out for cops otherwise it's

not hard when you have a knife..
just scratch off one end of it and just use two hands to slowly peel it off..
and the ass even helped me in this whole process by shining the flashlight...
i was just way too unlucky
but anyways, it comes off clean and it took me like 2 min each side..
the cop let me leave the tint in the rear window tho

Sounds like you are in my town. Let me say this, if you have to go to Walnut Creek for court, the only chance you have of winning anything, even if you are 100% innocent, is if Judge Joseph Golub is on vacation or sick and there is a judge pro-tem sitting that day. You want to see a prick, he takes them all. Good luck!

Vehicle Penal code 22107 reads as follows :
22107 Lateral Movement on Highway
No person shall turn a vehicle from a direct course or move right or left upon a roadway until such movement can be made with reasonable safety and then only after the giving of an appropriate signal in the manner provided in this chapter in the event any other vehicle may be affected by the movement . LEG.H 1959 chs. 3, 1996.

That is right from the Standard California Codes / Penal Codes 2003 Edition.
Hope it helps, by the way its handy to have one of these, if you plan on getting/fighting tickets.

This should keep you busy for a while. I beat a ticket for going 96 mph in a 65 mph zone 3 weeks ago. I have a few tricks up my sleeve

Good luck
Tony
