if you go to court, both officers would have to show up, which would probably be a little less likely than just one. ask for calibration dates, talk to a lawyer. lawyers can always help and are rarely a waste of money.

we have a digital speedo.......51 does not look like 60 so im inclined to believe the poster. geez people. even with rims, ur not gettin a 20% variance. and really who the hell never went 51 OR 60 in a 45 anyway? you have fcking people racing and crashing all the time on this forum. lighten up lol

when something similar happened to me, i went to court and just spoke it out. i @ least saved the points, which is all i really cared about anyway. good luck

yes, I got up 30 minutes earlier and I was just "cruising" at 51.
and yes cops can pull you over even if you are 5 over!
and yes my speedometer can be off. not going to argue with you on that.
I got pulled over last weekend for doing 67 in a 65, so you don't even have to be going 5 over for you to get pulled over. I got a warning but that's just ridiculous for 2mph, and i'm on stock wheels.

Go to court tell the judge you were doing 51 and he will probably laugh since you admitted to 6mph over and fine you at that. On a serious note go to court and talk with the judge that is your best bet. Also please do not refer to law enforcement officers as pigs, unless you are ignorant and want people to think you are trashy.
