Man, my gf said that if I buy the Vortech Supercharger before I paid off the car...she would leave me!

If she really loves you, I'm sure she was joking/pulling your chain.

But then again, she does have a point...from the financial perspective. But from a 'guy's' point, it makes no sense.

my cars always seemed to last longer than my GF's so...

I guess it would depend upon your relationship with her, her reasoning for being against it (ie. financial concerns (buying house soon?), or safety concerns (do you drive like a nut case already?).

 

Just buy it and don't ask. That is what would do. Don't let anyone tell you what to do. But I would try and pay off the car first anyway.

 

get the vortech, then get a new supercharged GF!!

 

get the charger over the girlfriend. eh eh eh eh e heh e. comon-sense is to pay off the car instead of buying a supercharger. you'll quickly be able to save up and buy a charger later down the road. another thing that you should consider is that the vortec charger is brand new in the market. wait a little and see how it turns out. Drag is also launching a s2000 turbo kit at a really competitive price. it pays off to wait. don't forget.
