When you guys receive the suzuka blue badges replacement please post pictures and feedback on the color matching. I want to have those badges but I will wait until Rick will do the final correction on the paint.

No, I haven't. The paint we sampled from is on the way back to me, so I need a correct sample to compare it to and send to our manufacturer. I'm going to airbrush samples onto a smooth surface and compare them to a Suzuka Blue car to be sure we have the right match this time.
So if you can help, that would be great.
As far as swallowing the cost, that's our problem. We made the mistake and it's our obligation to fix it. I am fed up with businesses trying to evade responsiblity for their screw ups and we are determined to honor our obligations.

I just found out that my badges were supposed to ship on the 31st. I don't suppose these would already be the correct color would they? I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Hey Rick, can't tell you how glad I am that someone takes their business responsibilities seriously. Not only would I like to order more things from your company but I wouldn't mind working for you either. Too many places, especially in my industry (pharmaceutical R&D), look at the bottom line above all else. This kind of business has really disappointed me, especially when it happens in the profession I chose. I'm sure that when people realize the service and peace of mind that ordering from your company brings, you will have plenty of repeat customers to more than make up for any losses sustained by replacing those badges.
