I think you should report this to Honda of America. It really doesn't even sound like they tried to get a NFR, and did you order the car? they said you should expect delivery on Aug 1st right? call them on there outright lie and get your deposit back imediately. I'm guessing since you gave them a deposit your did order the car?

some dealerships/employees are just complete douchebags. do they honestly think someone that is going to their dealership to get an S2000 hasn't thought about what color etc. they want? come on you assholes.

it isn't your fault they haven't sold the Laguna Blue yet, i would honestly go to that dealership and literally tell them to go **** themselves.

When I got mine I had my heart set on GPW but the one they had had some funky 800.00 rustprofing job. Besides the car not needing it it only adds weight, soooo I settled for the blue on the showroom floor. Now this is the part where you think I'd say I never regretted it; but it would'nt be the truth. Hold out for the color you want.

well i just got off the phone with the dealer, they called to ask if it was ok with me because there going to have to drive the car back and its 125miles, i told them no i have no problem but they better make sure they don't crash this one and i better get a least a $1,000 taken off, the other one i had sitting in the lot had 8 miles, i guess they'll just help me with the braking in periord. lol just happy i'm getting the color i really wanted.

Hope they don't "break" it in. Seeing how it's not theirs I don't see them having a problem hitting 8K at 0000001 miles.

I agree with Hockey ... go get it yourself.

Thats how the first one got wrecked, somebody driving it like a madman.

When you go for a test ride with a salesman they never respect the breakin requirements ... they push it to the limits to impress the customer.

go get it yourself and make them pay for the gas! 125 miles away that is bullshit!!

honestly i would make them order another one and just wait. they don't deserve to clear there lots. and if you don't want to order another one i would make them drive you to pick up the NFR 125 miles away and let you drive it on the way back, seriously. it can be your test drive, haha, just take care of all the financial stuff before and make them take you to get your car.
