Good price for a 2004?

Picking up a Red 2004 in a couple weeks with 22k on it for $20,500. The seller had it listed for $21,700 and KBB is $21,300. I am starting to think I could have been firm with $20k but oh well, the car is mint.
Some of you guys got real good deals...I hope I don't regret it since it will be my only car. I really like my 3.0 Audi A4 but want something more fun.
Forgot to add: also has brand new tires all around on it with less than a couple hundred miles on them.

The market is trash, negotiate hard. I'm on both sides of the table, trust me.
I have the chance to get a red 05 with 28k for 20k flat. Don't worry too much about getting a great deal unless you are me and resale price is a big factor.
