Exclamation Going on ramps/lifts with a Amuse lip?

I have an Amuse lip installed, measured it the other day and its about 4.1-4.4 inches or so above the ground. Should I have a problem going on a lift when doing an oil change at a store or when its time to change the tires? I'll probably ask the operator if there is enough clearance before hand but I just wanted to know for sure from you guys.

I don't think it will be though, I've gone across numerous speed bumps and un even roads with no scrapes. I do have a nice layer of 3m tape though covering the whole bottom lip just in case

whoa! you finally got a lip? congrats, and btw, is your car lowered? that should be your main concern. with my airwalker, i could still fly through anything, but now that it's lowered, i have to be more careful.

haha no I mean those ramp/lift things when you get an oil change or tire change. I"ve heard some bad stories about lowered cars.

Cars not lowered but the lip does lower the car a little so its about 4.1-4.4 inches to the ground from the lip. thanks!

Just get some wood blocks to drive up on. Place them in front of the ramps and you'll clear no problem.

so 4 inches is still to short without blocks? I thought stock was 5 inches though.

I mean so I tell the tire dudes to put blocks near the ramp before they drive it on the ramp? That would be kind of funny and not sure if they would.

Anyone else have probs with there lip or should I be fine?
