Hey guys, i just figured i would express my feelings. My S is in the shop for the first time. Ive had it for like 6 months, and ive had it everyday. Its in the shop getting lowered, and im getting it back Thursday morning. I cant take it anymore, i miss her too much, lol. Have you guys had this happen?? Explain......

takes them that long to lower your car? You could have done it yourself and save yourself some money, time and misery from missing your car.

I know this, i actually used to be a tech. I hooked up with a new suspension company in the area. They are using my car for 3 days, to create a safe lowering spring. Basically, its going to be lowered to the lowest spot that is still safe. So in return, they are doing the labor for free, and giving me the raw spring, as well as a new powdercoated spring in 3-4 weeks. My friend actually put his spec v in 2 weeks ago, it came out looking great, and handling awsome. They claim they are making a better spring than Eibach. So we will see how it goes. Ill have to post pics when its done.

i need a new diff. too, just sucks having such a beautiful car but not being able to drive it. Its tempting.

same here. grinding noise = transmission bearking somewhere broken.
I feel same way. It like going thru cocaine withdrawal.

got my car on aug. 7, went in the shop sept. 30, still haven't gotten it back, said it should be within 2 weeks

Pretty bold statement. I'm sure Eibach puts more than a few days into designing a spring...

I think they got everything drawn up, they just need my struts to mark everything up, and make the spring. I used to have eibachs, so well have to see about all this.
